we're made up of wenli & janine, friends since 2011 with a huge love for wellness, health & fitness. our community was founded in 2018 with the mantra of feel good, look good & do good.

our products, information on mental & physical health & women empowerment are just a few things that we feel very strongly about. these components are weaved into everything we do with alot of love & care!
